This Giveaway is sponsored by Cork Alliance Inc., in partnership with @cork.alliance, @goodeatsonlyyy, and Avyana Chapman, and is governed by the following Official Rules. By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Florida, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Entrants must have a public Instagram account and comply with Instagram’s terms of use.
This promotion is intended for participants located in Florida and is governed by Florida law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on Start Date, e.g., July 3, 2025 at 18:00 PM EST and ends on July 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Entry Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, you must:

1. Follow all three Instagram accounts:

   • @antigalwinery

   • @cork.alliance

   • @goodeatsonlyyy

2. Like the official Giveaway post published by Avyana Chapman, @goodeatsonlyyy.

3. Comment on the Giveaway post and tag at least one (1) friend.
   Each additional tagged friend counts as an extra entry (limit of 5 extra entries).

4. Optional: Share the post in your Instagram Story for one (1) bonus entry.

Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified. Use of multiple accounts to enter is prohibited.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) curated wine box provided by Cork Alliance Inc, it will be given to Avyana Chapman so she can deliver it to the winner, with a retail value of approx. $100 USD.

Conditions:

• The winner must be 21+ and will be required to provide proof of age before the prize is delivered.

• Wine will be delivered only within the State of Florida, and an adult signature will be required upon delivery.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or any other item.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or around July 11-July 20, 2025.

The selected winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of selection and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the time period, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity and Rights

By participating, you grant the Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use your Instagram username, likeness, and comments for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for:

• Late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or incomplete entries;

• Technical failures of any kind;

• Any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation or receipt of the prize;

• Failure of Instagram to properly process or display any entry.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and any affiliated companies from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.

9. General Terms

• This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at its discretion.

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants will only be used for administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with participant consent.
